His name is Thunderstick. I have had Thunderstick for about 25 years. I call him my stride stick because when I'm turning laps at 4 a.m. in sometimes -40 conditions I can hold it like it's a hockey stick and just stride and turn laps or get lost in my music and let the air guitar gods take over Thunderstick has traveled across Canada twice and has helped me complete 34 skates to date. I listen to only AC DC for 19 hours and 26 minutes and there is a fair amount of air guitar happening. You would be surprised how warm you can stay by letting your fingers roll with the music it takes your mind to a different place. I truly get lost in my music.Â
