On December 15 at 12:01 AM, Steve stepped out onto the ice at Wayne Gretzky Estates, to skate for 19 hours and 26 minutes for national skate day in honour of his mother, Eunice McNeil born dec 15th 1926 and her 20 year battle with Alzheimer’s.
National skate day is the opportunity for Canadians to contact there local Alzheimer,s Society and donate to help people in your community,s. If you would like to support Steve please donate $19.26 towards his fundraiser.
